We put a lot of effort into making sure that any accessory we sell will work with your device. We are so confident in our research that we back it up with our Compatibility Guarantee!

If we state that an accessory that we sell will work with a specific model and it doesn't then:

  1. If we have the correct product in stock we will ship it to you at our expense and send you a prepaid return label to return the incorrect product, or
  2. If we do not have the correct product in stock we will send you a prepaid return label to return the incorrect product and once we receive that part we will provide a full refund of your original purchase, including shipping.

Same Day Shipping

We know that electronics aren't very useful if they don't have a cable or some other needed accessory. In order for you to get your purchase quickly we have to ship quickly. So we do!

Our Same Day Shipping policy is pretty simple: If you order by 3pm ET on any normal weekday we will ship your package that day. If you order after 3pm or on a weekend or holiday we will ship your package on the next business day. Please note the following points:

  1. Actual delivery time depends on the delivery method you pick during checkout.
  2. Currently we ship with USPS and UPS. If they aren't open we can't ship.
  3. If an item is backordered we will not be able to ship on the same day.

dCables Return Policy

dCables pledges quality products and prompt, courteous and professional service. We guarantee the quality of our products, and stand behind them.

Guarantees

Cables: We provide a lifetime guarantee against any manufacturing defect on all of our cables.

Batteries: We provide a 1 year guarantee against any manufacturing defect on all of our batteries.

For all other items, including memory cards, computer cards etc. We provide a 90 day guarantee or the manufacturer's guarantee, whichever is longer.

Returns

dCables is committed to our products and your shopping experience. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see the note below regarding the condition of any returned merchandise.

If we made an error we will refund you the cost of shipping and will provide a return stamp to return the merchandise to us. If you made an error then we will not refund your shipping or the return shipping.

Condition of any Returned Merchandise

Excluding manufacturing defects, in order for you to receive a refund or make an exchange the merchandise must be in new condition. In order for us to make sure a cable is defective it must be in a condition that is testable. We reserve the right to refuse credit on a return if the merchandise is damaged while in your possession and is returned in a state such that we cannot test, repackage and resell the merchandise.

Return of an Order that had Discounted Shipping

If you return an order that was shipped with discounted shipping we will not refund the dsicount. For example, say you purchased a cable for 159.99 and we gave you a 13.50 discount for UPS Ground, which costs 13.50. When you return the cable your refund will be 146.49, we cancel the original discount. Please note this policy does not apply to any return due to a defect or an error on our part.

How to Return an Item

To return merchandise you need to contact us for an RMA number. Please call 800 278 4002 and speak with customer service, or email support@dcables.com. During this communication we will approve your return and make and make shipping arrangements for the item(s). Once you have contacted us please write the RMA number on a photocopy of your sales receipt, then send the merchandise and the photocopy of your sales receipt to:

How We Process Your Return

Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise and determine that a credit is due we will credit your refund to the payment method you used to buy the merchandise.
