We put a lot of effort into making sure that any accessory we sell will work with your device. We are so confident in our research that we back it up with our Compatibility Guarantee!

If we state that an accessory that we sell will work with a specific model and it doesn't then:

  1. If we have the correct product in stock we will ship it to you at our expense and send you a prepaid return label to return the incorrect product, or
  2. If we do not have the correct product in stock we will send you a prepaid return label to return the incorrect product and once we receive that part we will provide a full refund of your original purchase, including shipping.

Same Day Shipping

We know that electronics aren't very useful if they don't have a cable or some other needed accessory. In order for you to get your purchase quickly we have to ship quickly. So we do!

Our Same Day Shipping policy is pretty simple: If you order by 3pm ET on any normal weekday we will ship your package that day. If you order after 3pm or on a weekend or holiday we will ship your package on the next business day. Please note the following points:

  1. Actual delivery time depends on the delivery method you pick during checkout.
  2. Currently we ship with USPS and UPS. If they aren't open we can't ship.
  3. If an item is backordered we will not be able to ship on the same day.

dCables Shipping Policies

We strive to ship your package as soon as we can. On any normal weekday we will ship your package that same day as long as we receive the order before 3pm ET. Please see the details below:

  1. We currently ship with the US Postal Service and UPS.
  2. We do not ship products on Saturday, Sunday or on postal holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
  3. The United States Postal Service does not provide tracking information for USPS First-Class Mail. Please call 800-278-4002 if you have an issue with a First-Class shipment.
  4. If you select a UPS delivery method a UPS tracking info will be sent to the email you provide us.
  5. UPS Shipping Service terms and delivery commitments can be found here.
  6. If you need Saturday Delivery for UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air please call us so we can buy the service from UPS and arrange payment. The cost for Saturday Delivery is $15 plus standard shipping charges.
  7. We can ship with your UPS account number! There are two ways to do this. First, you can make a purchase through the store and enter your UPS number in the ORDER NOTES section. Your package will be shipped on the UPS account number provided and your shipping will be refunded within 2-3 business days. Second, call 800-278-4002 to arrange shipment.
  8. FedEx - We do not usually ship with FedEx, but if you would like to arrange a special shipment, call 800-278-4002 to schedule. For a $5 surcharge we'll deliver your package to a local FedEx store for shipment.
  9. If you want to preview shipping charges to your US or Canadian address please add item(s) to the shopping cart. Then enter your ZIP or Postal Code and click the calculate shipping to view our rates. We welcome international orders - just click the International Addresses link on the first page of checkout!

Delivered by 9:00 am next business day.

UPS Saturday Delivery
If you would like Saturday Delivery on a UPS shipment, there is a $15 surcharge. Please indicate Saturday Delivery in the ORDER NOTES section of checkout or call 800-278-4002 to schedule.







Reshipment Policies
We ship with the United States Postal Service and UPS because they are incredibly efficient. However, sometimes we need to reship because a package gets lost, damaged, or the provided address is incorrect. Please call 800-278-4002 to schedule a reshipment.

Reshipment Policies:

Domestic First Class Mail Shipments
Reshipment available if package not received within 10 business days from ship date.

Domestic Priority Mail Shipments
Reshipment available if package not received within 10 business days from ship date.

International First Class Mail Shipments
Reshipment available if package not received within 15 business days from ship date.

International Priority Mail Shipments
Reshipment available if package not received within 15 business days from ship date.

UPS Reshipment Procedures
UPS tracking is extremely accurate. If your package has not been delivered within their estimated transit times, use your tracking number to locate the package. If the package has been lost or damaged, we will do our best to reship the item or obtain a refund from UPS on your behalf (if possible).
