Cables: We provide a lifetime guarantee against any manufacturing defect on all of our cables.
Batteries: We provide a 1 year guarantee against any manufacturing defect on all of our batteries.
For all other items, including memory cards, computer cards etc. We provide a 90 day guarantee or the manufacturer's guarantee, whichever is longer.
dCables is committed to our products and your shopping experience. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see the note below regarding the condition of any returned merchandise.
If we made an error we will refund you the cost of shipping and will provide a return stamp to return the merchandise to us. If you made an error then we will not refund your shipping or the return shipping.
Condition of any Returned Merchandise
Excluding manufacturing defects, in order for you to receive a refund or make an exchange the merchandise must be in new condition. In order for us to make sure a cable is defective it must be in a condition that is testable. We reserve the right to refuse credit on a return if the merchandise is damaged while in your possession and is returned in a state such that we cannot test, repackage and resell the merchandise.
Return of an Order that had Discounted Shipping
If you return an order that was shipped with discounted shipping we will not refund the discount. For example, say you purchased a cable for 159.99 and we gave you a 13.50 discount for UPS Ground Service, which costs 13.50. When you return the cable your refund will be 146.49, we cancel the original discount. Please note this policy does not apply to any return due to a defect or an error on our part.
How to Return an Item
To return merchandise you need to contact us for an RMA number. Please call 800 278 4002 and speak with customer service, or email email@example.com. During this communication we will approve your return and make and make shipping arrangements for the item(s). Once you have contacted us please write the RMA number on a photocopy of your sales receipt, then send the merchandise and the photocopy of your sales receipt to:

How We Process Your Return
Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise and determine that a credit is due we will credit your refund to the payment method you used to buy the merchandise.
