We put a lot of effort into making sure that any accessory we sell will work with your device. We are so confident in our research that we back it up with our Compatibility Guarantee!
If we state that an accessory that we sell will work with a specific model and it doesn't then:
- If we have the correct product in stock we will ship it to you at our expense and send you a prepaid return label to return the incorrect product, or
- If we do not have the correct product in stock we will send you a prepaid return label to return the incorrect product and once we receive that part we will provide a full refund of your original purchase, including shipping.

Same Day Shipping
We know that electronics aren't very useful if they don't have a cable or some other needed accessory. In order for you to get your purchase quickly we have to ship quickly. So we do!
Our Same Day Shipping policy is pretty simple: If you order by 3pm ET on any normal weekday we will ship your package that day. If you order after 3pm or on a weekend or holiday we will ship your package on the next business day. Please note the following points:
- Actual delivery time depends on the delivery method you pick during checkout.
- Currently we ship with USPS and UPS. If they aren't open we can't ship.
- If an item is backordered we will not be able to ship on the same day.
